As part of its standard production procedure MMZ applies NDTs according to related standards for its products.
MMZ standard Non-destructive product test procedures start with online “Eddy current” checking system. Products that pass this phase then measured for dimensional and physical accuracy via calibrated measurement tools prior to packing.
Final standard product NDT is packing control. In this step packed and bundled products are being checked for any informity with packing standards as well as one last visual check.
As per customer requests MMZ ,as final steps of its Non-destructive product tests, is able to apply UT (Ultrasonic Test) and hydro-tests according to related standards.
All of our NDT are made by certified personelle from international bodies.
EDDY CURRENT
Eddy Current, established as an online system, tests sections’ weld by forming whirlpool currents (acc. To EN ISO 10893-2) on the weld seam line. This testing method finds out (if any) weld discontinuity along the weld seam line.

DIMENSIONAL AND PYSICHAL ACCURACY TESTS
At MMZ all of the end products, prior to packing and shipping, pass through our standard D&P accuracy check. This procedure involve;
All of above mentioned controls are applied acc. to related standards.

PACKING CONTROL
Final standard step before shipment is visual check and packing control. In this step products are checked visually for rust and surface control.
Upon bundling and packing last control involves check for;
Products that pass the final steps are then ready for shipment.
ULTRASONIC TESTING (UT)
Presented as an optioanal quality check method for our customers, Ultrasonic testing is applied upon request.
UT application standard according to EN ISO 10893-11 (Level U5)
HYDRO-TEST
Applied via supplying of pressured borax oil mixture to tubes, hydro-test controls whether there is any leakage along the weld seam or not. Applied to only round section, Hydro-test is needed for certain sectors, and applied upon requests from our customers. At our we are able to hydro-test our products up to 200 bars.
