Quality Control

Quality is the foundation upon which MMZ stands on. As such, quality control process starts with the acceptance and testing of the raw materials in our mills and continues along all the way to the final shipment.
Acquired raw materials are tested for size and thickness before samples are taken for the physical and chemical tests. Upon approval, raw metarials are taken to production.
After these initial tests, the production process is controlled via online equipment and finally produced goods are tested via various destructive and non-destructive tests. Upon completion of all required tests for compliance to relative international standards, the goods are packed according to customers’ demand and are made ready for shipment.
