Inner Weld Beam Removal

For some applications, the welding seam inside the pipes (and other sections) are undesirable. Some examples of these are, circular,rectangular/square hollow sections that move within each other, or pipes that will be housing high-speed flow through them. It is possible to remove the inner weld beam during production and finalize the product “seamless-like”. Strict online and offline quality checks, destructive and non-destructive tests ensure that the integrity of the section wall is intact.
